Dunsin is a psychologist dedicated to empowering clients from adolescence through adulthood. Known for his warm and empathetic style, Dunsin creates a safe, supportive environment where clients feel understood and supported. He combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help clients work through challenges, build resilience, and gain clarity on their goals. He also draws on Motivational Interviewing to foster clients’ strengths, as well as mindfulness and relaxation strategies to build calm and centeredness.

With a background in competitive track and field, Dunsin has a keen interest in the crossover between performance psychology and everyday life. He believes that everyone performs in some capacity—whether in sports, work, or personal goals—and is passionate about helping clients develop the mental skills to thrive in these areas. By blending psychological skills training with practical insights, Dunsin supports individuals in navigating performance-related challenges, such as stress, confidence, and focus.

Dunsin’s own experience in sports gives him unique insight into the challenges faced by athletes, allowing him to work effectively with athletes at all levels, previously working with athletes from grassroots to NBL1 and VFL levels. He applies the same principles to support clients in the general population, encouraging them to reach their potential in whatever “performance” means to them.

Dunsin is also committed to culturally responsive therapy and reducing mental health stigma in diverse communities.
