Chelsea is a registered psychologist who has completed her bachelors and Honours in Psychology, and Master in Educational Psychology. Chelsea has largely worked with young people (ages 3-22 years) supporting a range of presentations including anxiety, low mood, social challenges, difficulties regulating emotions, managing school challenges, with neurodiverse individuals including ADHD, Autism and learning difficulties. This work has also included providing neuroaffirming parenting support, and a range of assessments including ADHD, autism, cognitive and educational learning assessments. Chelsea has experience across a range of clinical and research settings including private practice, schools, clinical trials and hospital services.
Chelsea strives to provide a warm, playful and welcoming space where children and families can feel comfortable and heard, and to provide support that is both engaging and evidence based. Chelsea aims to tailor her support to the unique needs of each client and may draw from a range of modalities included play-based therapy, graded exposure therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness-based approaches.
Days Available: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Fridays (in clinic) and Tuesday (telehealth)
